Extraordinary Pair of Regency Chinoiserie Tripod Tables

This is an extraordinary pair of Regency chinoiserie side tables. Originally conceived as fire screens they have been handsomely converted. The raised and stylized chinoiserie is in very good condition and depicts two scenes of figures in a fantasy landscape pagoda's, birds and boats.
Each pedestal ends in a tripod base and is decorated with turned wood and what appears to be bone with gold painted highlights throughout.
The finish shows some age cracks but is overall in very good condition. Our in house restoration shop has checked them for stability, touched up and refreshed the finish with fresh shellac a coat of wax.
They will be ready to install upon arrival.
