YES! We have two locations where you can visit us. Our retail showroom in San Marino and our other location in Pasadena which has our by appointment showroom, as well as our Warehouse and Gardens. Larger pieces can be seen at your home as well.

Contact us to make those arrangements. 

As soon as your order is complete, we begin to pack and ship your piece. Once we have a tracking number you will be updated via email. And we are always available via phone call.

Yes! Within 48 hours of receipt you should inspect your item(s) for damage. If you discover a problem let us know immediately and we will get started on a refund, replacement or return.

Probably! Anything from our own Hollis Studio Collection is available in the customers own materials (COM) or we can source fabrics for you. Everything else can probably be re upholstered in our own work room. Let’s discuss.

We do our very best to make sure our descriptions are accurate. After 40 years in the business I think we do a pretty job of it. We sell antiques, vintage and newly made pieces and we will make sure you know what you are buying before you commit.

Shipping & Returns

We can ship anywhere! Within the United States or further afield.

We offer both in-store pick up or local delivery; feel free to pick up from our store locations if you are local or lets us know where you want it and we can figure it out for you.

You can return any non-custom item for a full refund by notifying us within 3 days of receipt and paying for return shipment.
