An elegant Art Deco dining table made in French Indo-China for the local expatriate market. The rectangular top of curly-grained burl rosewood, with a slightly projecting molding along the lower edge, echoed in the moldings of the S-curved panel supports. All resting on extended bracket feet.

Condition: Excellent condition. restoration to finish. Wood movement is a natural and unavoidable reaction to changes in humidity and temperature. Care should be taken to maintain a stable and slightly humid environment to ensure the stability of the timbers in furniture.
